 Our candles are designed for safe, enjoyable use when burned properly. Please follow these guidelines:

• Never leave a burning candle unattended
• Keep away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials
• Trim wick to ¼ inch before each burn
• Do not burn longer than 4 hours at a time
• Stop burning when ½ inch of wax remains

Improper use may result in fire or injury. The Fox and Owl Candle Company is not responsible for damages caused by misuse or failure to follow safety instructions.

 We want you to love your order. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Unused, unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the error was ours.

If a package is marked “delivered” but cannot be located, please contact the carrier. We will assist when possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement.
